Are network electricians licensed and insured?

Short answer

Yes. Every electrician in the ChargeAtHomePros network must hold a current state electrical contractor's license (or local equivalent), general liability insurance, and workers' compensation coverage. We verify these credentials annually.

More detail

Electrical work is not handyman work. Installing a 60-amp circuit requires a deep understanding of code compliance, torque specifications, and load management. Every contractor we match you with operates a legitimate, licensed electrical contracting business.

We collect proof of insurance and licensing before an electrician receives their first lead. We re-verify these documents annually.

Network electricians also carry EVITP certification (or equivalent manufacturer certifications like Tesla Certified Installer status) and have agreed to our network's strict conduct and no-resell data standards.
