What happens if I am not happy with the matched electrician?

Short answer

Tell us. Submit the form again with 'Complaint' in the notes, or email us. We investigate within 5 business days, route you to a different pro, and remove contractors from the network for confirmed quality or conduct issues.

More detail

The match is a starting point, you are never locked in. If the electrician misses their appointment, tries to aggressively upsell you, or refuses to pull a permit, you should decline their quote and notify us.

Failure modes we treat as automatic remove-from-network events: failure to pull a permit, performing work without an accurate load calculation, aggressive sales tactics, or any threatening behavior.

After investigation, you receive a new match to a different licensed electrician in your area. The original match is recorded against the contractor's network record; repeated incidents result in permanent removal.
