Before calling an electrician, try flipping the breaker off and on, and restarting your Wi-Fi router. Those two steps solve about 30% of EV charger issues.
If the charger still won't work, a licensed electrician can diagnose the issue at your home. They will test the voltage at the panel, at the receptacle, and inside the unit to isolate the fault. If the GFCI breaker is nuisance tripping, they can replace it or hardwire the unit.
If the charger hardware has failed (e.g., a fried motherboard), the electrician will help you document the failure for a warranty claim with Tesla, ChargePoint, or the respective manufacturer.
